Your Value is Protected: From the beginning, we work with you to establish an agreed value that you’ll receive from the sale of your home. This means no matter what happens, you know exactly what to expect, reducing stress and uncertainty.
Our Fee is Results-Based: After you receive your agreed value, we take our fee from any remaining proceeds. Our fees, ranging from $10,000 to $200,000, are tied to the complexity and risk of the project. This ensures that you’ll always receive your desired outcome before any fees are paid.

Let’s say you want to receive $500,000 from the sale of your home. After decluttering, staging, or renovating, the home sells for $700,000. First, we recover any project costs from the sale proceeds. You receive your agreed-upon $500,000, and our fee is taken from the remaining $200,000.
