If your project involves costs such as decluttering, renovations, or legal fees for subdivision, we cover those expenses upfront. These costs are recovered from the sale proceeds of your home, not from your pocket.
Your Value Is Guaranteed
We work with you to establish an agreed-upon value that you’ll receive from the sale. No matter what happens with the market or the project, you’ll receive this amount, giving you financial certainty.
Our Fee Is Linked to Success
After you receive your agreed value, our fee is taken from any remaining proceeds. Our fees range from $10,000 to $200,000 per project, depending on the size and complexity of the job, but we only get paid if the sale goes through and your goals are met.

Example
Let’s say you want to receive $500,000 from the sale of your home to help fund your retirement. After we declutter, stage, or even renovate the property, the home sells for $700,000. First, we recover any project costs. You receive your $500,000, as agreed, and our fee is taken from the remaining proceeds. It’s a win-win for everyone: you get the financial outcome you need, and we are rewarded for our successful partnership.
